Fancy Foamer 30g sachet
Fancy Foamer is, quite simply, a modified corn starch. It helps create and stabilise foam in cocktails. It's designed so that one part of it mixes well with water, while another part interacts with air, making it rather excellent at holding foam together. This keeps the foam on top of drinks stable for longer, adding a smooth, fluffy texture in your cocktails - just as it’s meant to be.
How to use →
Simply dissolve 30g (or the contents of a single sachet) in 500ml of water. Straining is optional - don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong with a bit of sediment! After that, just use Fancy Foamer as you would with egg white, or 20ml per cocktail.
Shelf life →
Once mixed, it stays fresh for several weeks when stored in the refrigerator. If kept at room temperature, it remains usable for at least a week. For best results, store it in a sealed container—and as long as nothing is growing, floating, or looking suspiciously alive in the bottle, it’s good to go!
